Adaiah is a committed young man who faithfully and earnestly serves within his local church community. The brief interactions I have had with him in the last two years, he has demonstrated politeness and a willingness to connect and engage. I have observed him serving his local church in a variety of ways, and was publicly recognised for his commitment at a recent Pathfinder Camporee in front of 1200 of his peers.

Adaiah has been a great asset to our church, and it has been wonderful to see the contribution he has made, particularly through his involvement with our youth group. Adaiah has a genuine passion for sharing Jesus with his peers and creating opportunities for young people to feel welcomed, included, and connected. He has shown initiative in organising youth events for our church and has been intentional about inviting new young people to come along and be part of what is happening. I have been particularly encouraged by Adaiah’s willingness to take responsibility and turn his ideas into action. Organising events takes planning, communication, and commitment, especially when working around the many other activities happening within the life of the church. Adaiah has done a great job of working through these challenges and helping bring his events together successfully. It has also been encouraging to see Adaiah grow in his leadership. He is willing to step up, contribute his ideas, work with others, and use his gifts to make a positive difference. His heart for young people and his desire to share his faith with others are qualities that I believe will continue to develop as he grows. Adaiah has made a valuable contribution to our church and youth ministry, and I am grateful for the enthusiasm, initiative, and passion he brings. I look forward to seeing him continue to grow in his leadership, faith, and ability to positively impact the people around him.
